Checked Baggage
Baggage on International Flights
Pieces that meet the following weight restrictions will be transported without charge.
· Main Cabin (most destinations): 32 kg
· Main Cabin (to/from Canada, USA, Mexico and San Juan) excluding Brazil: 46 kg
· Main Cabin (between USA/Canada and Brazil): 64 kg

Baggage on flights within Colombia
· Maximum baggage weight: 20 kg.
· Maximum hand baggage weight: no more than 5 kg per piece.
· Permitted dimensions: no more than 46 linear inches (115 cm).
Dimensions:
· Each piece can measure up to 62 combined linear inches (157 cm) (height + length + width).
· Pieces with a combined linear measurement between 63 inches (159 cm) and 107 inches (272 cm) are considered excess baggage.
· Pieces whose combined linear measurements exceed 107 inches (272 cm) will not be accepted as baggage and must be transported as cargo.
Carry-on Baggage
For Business Class and Main Cabin: 1 piece (one carry-on piece of luggage and one additional personal item) - 46 linear inches (115 cm) length + width + height - 22 lb (10 kg).
