Day 2-4 Puerto Viejo de Talamanca
Option to snorkel in the Caribbean Sea or hike in Manzanillo National Wildlife Refuge. 

Day 5-7 Arenal/La Fortuna
Options include rafting, waterfall rappelling, a guided hike around based of Arenal Volcano and soaking in local hot springs. 

Day 8-9 Monteverde
Option to tour the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve, fly across canopy ziplines or tour a coffee plantation. 

Day 10-12 Sámara
Option to surf or swim the waves, practice yoga on the beach or chill out in this laid-back town. 

Day 13 San José
Transfer to the capital for a final evening with your group.
