Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour operator, with penalties generally increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

Once final payment is made, cancellations and changes are subject to a non-refundable $25 per person cancellation fee.

Tour operators do not refund in the event of "no shows," or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the tour. Please notify your Vacations To Go travel counselor immediately of any cancellations or changes. The above charges do not include cancellation or change fees that may be applied by air carriers, hotels and/or other independent service suppliers. The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday sailings. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms differ for group bookings; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor. Changes to names or departure dates are subject to the operator's discretion and may incur cancellation penalties.
