In order to reserve a Rocky Mountaineer tour, a deposit of $250-500, per
person is required at the time of booking. The balance of the total tour
price must be paid no later then 60 days prior to the tour departure date.

If a reservation is made after the final payment due date, the entire price
of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation. Tickets and other
documents will not be available until final payment is received.
Rocky Mountaineer Vacations accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
JCB and Diners Club cards.
Rocky Mountaineer Vacations reserves the right to cancel the reservation
if payments are not received within the specified periods.
Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the
departure date approaches. If cancellation in writing is received, Rocky
Mountaineer will assess the following penalties:

Rocky Mountaineer reserves the right to pass on any additional costs charged
by our suppliers. Cancellation fees may be subject to GST.
"Departure day" is considered the date Rocky Mountaineer services begin.
Cancellation charges apply to extra nights prior to and after the tour. Note
that a change in flight date, lodge or ranch arrival date or train departure
date (either rail-only or as part of package) is considered a cancellation.
Charges will be calculated per person and based on the date the cancellation
notice is first received. There will be no exceptions to any of the charges.
Rocky Mountaineer Vacations reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter
all or any part of the services when necessary or advisable. Should this
occur, Rocky Mountaineer Vacations agrees to provide the best alternative
available. Every effort will be made to adhere to the specifics shown herein;
however, circumstances may necessitate alteration, including the occasional
accommodation change from Kamloops to the nearby resort of Sun Peaks. Hence,
all fares, schedules, itineraries, hours of arrival and departure, air
schedules and special programs are subject to change without notice at any time.
A fee per booking (not per person) will be applied to each change made to
the itinerary once the original booking has been confirmed.

A change fee will not be administered for an addition or upgrade of service.
For a change in train departure date, refer to cancellation policies. If there
are any charges incurred by Rocky Mountaineer Vacations as a result of changes
made, they will be applied to the booking in addition to the change fee. Change
fees are subject to GST.
Separate change fees for airline tickets will apply as follows:
Prior to ticket being issued: US$25 per person
After ticket has been issued: up to US$170 per person
No changes to flights will be permitted after air travel has commenced.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and
exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and
cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time
of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for
group bookings.
Purchase of the CSA Insurance Plan may reduce or eliminate the cancellation
