To reserve a Viking Tour, a deposit of $500 per person is required to secure a confirmed reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days before the departure date.

All cancellations must be in writing. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellations received prior to departure. For all air-inclusive packages cancelled after the receipt of an airline ticket, refunds will be processed after the return of the airline ticket.

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by you after the vacation start date. All appropriate refunds will be made through Vacations To Go. The cancellation terms above apply only to the land package price and exclude, among other things, cancellation charges from air carriers.

Although Viking Tours expects these prices to remain in effect throughout the season, they reserve the right to increase prices without notice. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book. Once they receive your deposit, your land package price is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at their expense.

Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
