Day 1 Bangkok
Arrive in Bangkok at any time.

Day 2-6 Siem Reap
Guided tour of Angkor Wat temple complex. Three days volunteer work at the NGO New Hope. (5B)

Day 7 Kratie
Option to see the Irrawaddy dolphins. (1B)

Day 8 Don Deng
Mekong island homestay. Option to bike, swim or stroll around the village. (1D)

Day 9-11 Luang Prabang
Flight from Pakse to Luang Prabang on Day 9. Visit a local NGO. Options include visit to Pak Ou Caves, Royal Palace Museum, temples or Kuang Si Waterfall. Try a cooking class or elephant ride. (3B)

Day 12 Vang Vieng
Option to bike ride, swim, explore caves or enjoy a countryside visit. (1B)

Days 13 Vientiane
Brief stop in the capital Vientiane before crossing the border into Thailand. Overnight train to Bangkok.

Day 14 Bangkok
Optional Wat Po and Grand Palace visit.

Day 15 Bangkok
Depart at any time. (1B)

Spend time volunteering with one of our projects in Laos and Cambodia and you'll take away so much more than souvenirs or photographs—you'll engage the local community with building and education initiatives. And you’ll still have the opportunity to explore incredible ruins at Angkor Wat and experience French influences in riverside cafés. Whether you're marvelling at stunning scenery, Buddhist monasteries or the face of a smiling child, this journey will allow you to dig deep into the people and culture of South East Asia.

Entrance and guide to Angkor temples, New Hope Volunteer Project, Mekong island stay, UNESCO World Heritage town of Luang Prabang and local NGO visit in Luang Prabang.
