Day 1 Arrive Rio de Janeiro (Friday)
Welcome to the “Marvelous City”. Reception at International airport and transfer to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 - Rio de Janeiro (Saturday)
Half day tour of Corcovado. Return to hotel and balance of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel. (B)
From many places in the city, the visitor can see the most beautiful postcard of Rio de Janeiro since 1931: Christ the Redeemer statue located at Corcovado Mountain, 710 meters above the sea level. This tour begins at Cosme Velho neighborhood, from where the cog train starts the trip up to the statue, through the Tijuca Forest. Once there, a panoramic and extraordinary view of Rio will be seeing including the Sugar Loaf, the Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Southern Zone and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon.
Day 3 - Rio de Janeiro (Sunday)
Today witness Rio Carnival parade. Includes 1 entrance fee Grand Stand (bleacher) at section 9 – for Sunday OR Monday, one night only – touristc section with numbered seats and bilingual staff. Overnight at the hotel. (B)
Day 4 – Rio de Janeiro (Monday)
Breakfast. Day at leisure.
Day 5 – Depart Rio de Janeiro (Tuesday)
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to onward destination. (B)
