Kick-start your epic adventure through 'The Great Land' in the remote city of Fairbanks, the Arctic gateway to Alaska's Midnight Sun. This evening, Join your Travel Director and fellow expeditioners for a Welcome Reception at 6 p.m. (Welcome Reception)

Day 2 Fairbanks Sightseeing
Dive deep into the history of the Gold Rush in Alaska's largest city in the interior, Fairbanks. A Local Specialist, Fairbanks' Gold Daughters will guide you through the process of panning for gold in real Alaskan paydirt. Board the Riverboat Discovery, to hear tales of the Gold Rush and visit a recreated Athabascan Village. Later today, indulge in a salmon bake Regional Meal. (Full Breakfast, Regional Meal)

Day 3 Fairbanks – Denali National Park (2 Nights)
Admire the soulful expanse of Tanana River Valley, stretching hundreds of miles in every direction until it collides into the snow-capped peaks of Denali National Park. Touch the sky as you wind your way through this untamed wilderness to catch a glimpse of the 'Great One'. Join a Local Specialist at your lodge to learn about the rare Subarctic flora and fauna, before delving into Denali's lively history during a Regional Meal and show at the Denali Dinner Theatre. (Full Breakfast, Regional Meal)

Day 4 Denali National Park
Tune into your unfettered surrounds - a free day to connect with Denali on your terms. Be present amidst the sounds of Bunting and Gray Jays, hike through the wilderness or take the perfect shot of Mount Denali. Today is yours to indulge in the contemplative solitude offered by this national park. (Full Breakfast)

Day 5 Denali – Alaska Railroad – Anchorage (2 Nights)
A leisurely start to our day sees us board the famous Alaska Railroad for the scenic journey south to Anchorage. Epic Alaskan landscapes provide an inspiring backdrop for expert insights into such icons as Hurricane Gulch and Indian River Canyon. Arriving in Anchorage, we enjoy an evening at leisure. (Full Breakfast)

Day 6 Anchorage Sightseeing
Explore Anchorage's historic downtown and view the scenic shores of Cook Inlet as you travel to a nearby local sports fishing hatchery where you'll learn about this complex process and its positive impact on the local communities. We'll visit the Alaska Native Heritage Center where you'll gain a deeper understanding of Alaska's 11 major cultural groups through storytelling and authentic demonstrations. Enjoy some free time to explore before joining your newfound friends at a Farewell Dinner. (Full Breakfast, Farewell Dinner)

Day 7 Anchorage – Kenai Fjords National Park – Seward – Cruise (7 Nights)
Visit a wildlife rehabilitation centre before embarking on a sightseeing cruise into the heart of Kenai Fjords National Park with lunch made of local, fresh ingredients while marvelling at wildlife and glaciers. Then bid farewell to your Travel Director as you board your Holland America Line cruise ship and set sail. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 8 Scenic Cruising
Enjoy the facilities on board ship today during this day at sea. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 9 Scenic Cruising – Glacier Bay National Park
Watch as Glacier Bay National Park's immense glaciers, towering peaks and icy rivers pass you by. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 10 Cruising – Haines
Haines is home to autumn's Alaska Bald Eagle Festival and lies alongside the longest fjord in the U.S. Visit the quaint downtown. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 11 Cruising – Juneau
Stroll Juneau's picturesque streets, stopping in eclectic shops and saloons from the Gold Rush era. Perhaps embark on an optional trip on the Mount Roberts Tramway for exhilarating views of the harbour and nearby mountains. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 12 Cruising – Ketchikan
Check out the world's largest collection of standing totem poles, intricately carved with native designs. Perhaps take an optional guided tour through town or a floatplane flightseeing trip. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 13 Cruise the Inside Passage
Revel in the scenery as you slowly glide past a maze of bays, glacier-carved fjords and waterways protected from the open sea by rugged, isolated islands. (Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 14 Disembark Vancouver
Sail into Vancouver Harbour early this morning. After disembarking, take your transfer to Vancouver International Airport or to the hotel if you wish to extend your stay. (Full Breakfast)
