Day 1 Buenos Aires

Days 2-3 Bariloche
Set high in the snow-capped Andes, Bariloche is the ideal mountain retreat offering everything from hiking and biking to skiing and fishing. Arguably, it is also one of the most visually stunning cities in the world, it certainly is in Argentina. Bariloche also boasts a diverse range of dining options as well as delectable locally-made chocolates.

Days 4-5 Mendoza
Welcome to gorgeous Mendoza, the centre of Argentina's wine region. Learn about winemaking on a tour of the numerous vineyards in Mendoza and sample some robust Malbec - the region's signature variety. Chill out in the cafes surrounding the beautiful city centre, which is lined with parks and trees, and chat to friendly locals. At night, become a part of the thriving local nightlife by heading out to Aristides Villanueva street which is full of lively bars and steak restaurants - all serving a full range of mouth-watering Mendoza wines. 'When in Rome', as the saying goes!

Days 6-8 Santiago
Travel to Chile and explore the thriving capital Santiago to uncover the rich history, culture and charisma of this nation. On a clear day, be sure to take a cable car tour up Cerro San Cristobal - the views over Santiago and the surrounding mountains are incredible.
