To reserve a CIE tour, a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required within 7 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 65 days prior to the departure date.

CIE accepts payment by most major credit cards.

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, CIE will assess the following penalties:

Minimum cancellation fees are $50 per person. Airfare cancellation fees range from $150 to $200 per person. In come cases the air cancellation fee is 50% and an airline credit certificate is issued for the balance of the fare. No refund can be made for non-refundable airfares.

Tour departures are not guaranteed. If it becomes necessary to cancel a coach tour prior to departure, CIE Tours will offer the next available date at no additional land cost. If this is not acceptable, a full refund of all monies paid to CIE Tours will be made. CIE tours cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to such a tour booking.

Any revision to land arrangements made after the original booking has been processed will incur a $50 handling fee per booking. CIE cannot accept revisions within 14 days of departure or once documents have been issued.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
