A non-refundable $300 per person deposit is due at the time of booking when then booking is made more than 65 days before departure. The remaining balance will be due 65 days prior to departure. Full payment is required at the time of booking when the booking is made less than 65 days prior to departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to Wendy Wu Tours. The applicable penalty will be a percentage of the total cost, depending on when cancellation is received. Air tickets are non-refundable once issued. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:
