Middle East

There are numerours treasures to be discovered in Middle Eastern countries such as Israel, Jordan or Turkey.

Jerusalem, Nazareth and Bethlehem are prevalent stops in Israel, where historically and spiritually significant attractions abound.  Jerusalem's Israel Museum and Shrine of the Book, which holds the Dead Sea Scrolls, are among the highlights. Other lures include Nazareth's Church of Annunciation and Bethlehem's Church of the Nativity.

In Jordan, guests spend time in Petra, with its monastery, treasury and ancient tombs carved into the red-orange rock. Travel to Turkey will likely include Istanbul, the present-day name for the ancient city of Constantinople, and Ephesus, a well-preserved site of Greek and Roman architectural remains.
