Abercrombie & Kent: Payments & Refunds
To reserve an Abercrombie and Kent tour, a deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Deposits may be a flat rate per person or a percentage of the total tour cost, The remaining balance is due 60-120 days prior to the departure date. Exact deposit amounts and final due dates differ according to region of travel and type of travel, and can be determined by using the charts below.

Deposits and final payment due dates are different for Abercrombie and Kent European specialty travel--tours that include travel on trains and/or ships. Policies differ according to ship and train.

Deposits made to all train tours are non-refundable. If a reservation is made after the final payment due date, the entire price of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation. Fees may be assessed for traveler-initiated changes to the itinerary.

Abercrombie & Kent reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges if payments are not received within the specified periods.
Cancellation and Refunds
Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable.
