CroisiEurope: Payments & Refunds

To reserve a cruise, a deposit equal to 25% of the total trip cost is required.

CroisiEurope accepts all major credit cards.

Reservations made within final payment periods require full payment at the time of booking. All modifications to the booking fifteen days prior to departure shall entail a charge of € 50 excluding VAT per person (excluding postage costs, which shall be charged as extra).

Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable.
