Day 1 ARRIVE IN BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA.
Arrive in Buenos Aires, where your hotel is available for mid-afternoon check-in.

Day 2 BUENOS AIRES.
Included private sightseeing starts in the colorful La Boca district, site of the city’s first port. Take a short WALKING TOUR of this unique neighborhood, then on to San Telmo, famous for its late-colonial buildings. At Plaza de Mayo, see La Casa Rosada (the President’s Pink House) and Metropolitan Cathedral. Drive past the ornate Colon Opera House before reaching the CEMETERY OF THE RECOLETA, burial site of Eva Perón. (B)

Day 3 BUENOS AIRES.
Today is free to explore this extraordinary city. Consider joining an optional excursion to visit a traditional estancia (ranch) to experience the lifestyle of the gauchos, or cruise down the Tigre River surrounded by beautiful landscapes and impressive homes. (B)

Day 4 BUENOS AIRES–BARILOCHE.
Get ready for your next adventure: Patagonia! Fly to Bariloche, an impressive settlement in the Patagonian Andes foothills whose beauty is comparable to the Swiss Alps. In addition to dozens of outdoor activities and great tourism facilities, Bariloche is also famous for its chocolate, local beer, and European-influenced delicacies. (B)

Day 5 BARILOCHE.
Today, you’ll have the opportunity to become acquainted with this charming destination by PANORAMIC TOUR. Wind through the mountain roads of Bariloche, enjoying the scenery of its various forests and lakes. You’ll travel by chairlift to the summit of Cerro Campanario for breathtaking views of the city, lakes Nahuel Huapi and Moreno, St. Peter’s Peninsula, Llao Llao, and more. After visiting the summit you’ll have the chance to see the Llao Llao Hotel and its chapel up close—both architectural gems. Keep your camera ready, as opportunities to take photos are around every corner. Enjoy your evening at leisure to explore the charming city squares, many shops, and great restaurants. (B)

Day 6 BARILOCHE. 
Enjoy your day at leisure. Perhaps journey to Victoria Island in the middle of Nahuel Huapi Lake and visit the pure and exotic native trees of the Arrayanes Forest—or spend time in Bariloche, relaxing at your hotel and exploring the town. (B)

Day 7 BARILOCHE–LAKE CROSSING–PUERTO VARAS, CHILE.
Set out today for your unforgettable ANDES LAKE CROSSING which will take you to Chile. Board a boat for the CRUISE across Lago Nahuel Huapi to Puerto Blest. Proceed by motorcoach and board another boat on Lake Frias to see emerald lakes, thick pine forests, and the snowcapped peaks of the Andes Mountains. Continue to Puella by bus where you will have lunch before your journey continues by catamaran on Lago Todos los Santos. Look out for soaring Osorno Volcano as you cross the lake towards Petrohue. Disembark the catamaran and drive along the southern shore of Lago Llanquihue on the way to Puerto Varas stopping to see Petrohue Falls en route to your hotel. (B,L)

Day 8 PUERTO VARAS.
Today is free to explore the area at your leisure. Perhaps visit Chiloe Island to see quaint fishing villages and the Magellanic and Humboldt penguins that call this area home or explore the Chilean-German town of Puerto Varas. (B)

Day 9 PUERTO VARAS.
Your vacation ends after breakfast this morning. (B)
