Day 1 Dublin, Ireland
Step on board Scenic Eclipse and toast the start of your epic voyage. (Dinner)

Day 2 Belfast, Northern Ireland
Freechoice: Delve into the history of Belfast, or explore the mystery of Giant’s Causeway. Alternatively, visit the Titanic Museum and HMS Caroline, or taste some of the local delicacies. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 3 Stornoway, Hebrides, Scotland
Today choose one of our Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

Freechoice: Learn the heritage of this quaint town and visit the Callanish Stones, or head to the green for a round of golf. 

Discovery: If you’re feeling active, go for a hike with a naturalist.  (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4 Tórshavn, Faroe Islands
One of the world’s smallest capital cities, Tórshavn remains one of Europe’s least travelled destinations. Towering cliffs, craggy fjords and powerful waterfalls make up the wild landscape.

Choose one of our Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

Freechoice: Appreciate the middle ages ona unique excursion, or choose to explore the romantic Gjógv village.

Discovery: Cycle along the seaside towards Oyggjarvegur, or join a hiking adventure. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 5 Torshavn, Faroe Islands
Continue to explore Tórshavn. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 6 Seyðisfjörður, Iceland
Seyðisfjörður is at the mouth of a beautiful fjord on the east coast of Iceland.

Today choose one of our Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

Freechoice: Your local guide will share stories of the town on a walking tour including a short concert in the Blue Church, or visit the Wilderness Centre and learn of the Icelandic wilderness history, nature and the life of the original inhabitants.

Discovery: Enjoy a Scenic Discovery excursion hiking in the Skálanes Nature Reserve. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 7 Heimaey
Born from volcanic activity, Heimaey is filled with awe-inspiring natural beauty.

Today choose one of our Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

Freechoice: Tour the island and visit the Volcano Museum built around one of the destroyed houses, or cruise around the island with a local captain in search of birdlife, including the puffin colonies.

Discovery: Take a Scenic Discovery excursion hiking over the lava fields to the top of the new volcanic cone. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 8 Reykjavík
Freechoice: Head to the famous Blue Lagoon, or explore the world’s northernmost capital on a guided tour. Alternatively, join a Golden Circle tour, visiting Gullfoss, Geysir and the National Park Thingvellir, or discover the Reykjanes Peninsula, a UNESCO Global Geopark.

The Hallgrimskirkja Church exploding from the horizon can be seen from nearly anywhere in Reykjavík.

Tonight, experience a classical music concert and hear the incredible sound projecting from the unique structure. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 9 At Sea
Cruise Arctic waters as you follow in the footsteps of Vikings in crossing continents to Greenland.

Day 10 Prins Christianssund, Greenland
Prins Christianssund is one of Greenland’s most stunning waterways. The breath-taking 105km comprises rugged granite cliffs and magnificent glaciers with the passage only accessible during summer. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 11 Narsarsuaq
Delve into the fjords of Southern Greenland to visit the birthplace of the country. Wander through this small village on the Tunulliarfik Fjord, surrounded by imposing nature. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 12 Qaqortoq
Qaqortoq is Southern Greenland’s largest ‘city’. The colourful wooden houses surround the fjord’s picturesque bay, which can host floating icebergs and playful whales. Learn about Greenlandic culture and its Viking history. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 13 At Sea
Cruise the Labrador Sea, making the most of Scenic Eclipse’s luxurious features. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 14 L’Anse Aux Meadows, Canada
L’Anse aux Meadows is the only known Norse village in North America. Be transported to where Vikings once settled.

Freechoice: Explore Viking heritage on your tour of this unique archaeological site and gain insights into Norse life, or explore the north coast of Newfoundland and search for whales and dolphins on your cruise. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 15 Gros Morne National Park
Today you’ll be awed by another UNESCO World Heritage-listed site, Gros Morne National Park.

Freechoice: Explore this natural wilderness with your local guide on a walking tour of the tablelands or visit the Science Research Centre. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 16 Rose Blanche
Join a resident for a walking tour of the village and the lighthouse which dates back to 1873. At the church hall, taste some local delicacies specially prepared by the community. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 17 Halifax
Choose one of our Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

Freechoice: Discover the interesting architectural styles or sample local specialities on a culinary tour. Alternatively, discover the history of Halifax and its connection to the Titanic or admire the talent in Halifax while visiting the local art galleries.

Day 19 Boston, United States of America
Say farewell to the crew and disembark Scenic Eclipse for your journey home. (Breakfast)
