Natural Habitat Adventures: Payments & Refunds

Deposit and Final Payment

To reserve space on a Natural Habitat Adventures trip, a non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking. Final payment is required 90 to 120 days prior to departure.

Natural Habitat Adventures accepts all major credit cards.

The full balance of your trip will be automatically charged to your credit card 90 days prior to departure unless you return a booking form prior to the due date indicating you prefer to pay by personal check. The insurance premium will also be charged at this time unless a written decline of insurance is received.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

All Natural
Habitat trips
Days Prior To Departure Cancellation Charge
90 days or more prior to departure $100 cancellation fee
89-45 days prior to departure 50% of the entire program fee, including all extensions
44 days or less prior to departure 100% of the entire program fee, including all extensions

All cancellations must be made in writing to Natural Habitat Adventures.

Deposit, payment, and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures. Please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking.
