Day 4 Dutch Harbor
One of the world’s largest and most famous fishing ports, Dutch Harbor, Alaska, lies almost 900 miles southwest of Anchorage, poised amidst the rugged, windswept Aleutian Islands. Together, the port of Dutch Harbor and the city of Unalaska make up a surprisingly accessible slice of remote Alaska, where you can experience the deep roots of Alaska Native culture, explore historic military ruins, and marvel at the windswept beauty of the treeless islands. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 5 At Sea
Today the leisure time continues. Try a game of bridge or canasta in the Observatory or tempt your palate with a wine tasting with the Sommelier in Scenic Epicure. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 6 Kodiak
The city of Kodiak sits on Kodiak Island, which is Alaska's largest island and the second-largest island in the United States. Known as the Emerald Isle, Kodiak’s verdant landscape and abundant outdoor opportunities make it a popular choice for nature enthusiasts. The pulse of Kodiak beats along the waterfront and in its boat harbours where in an afternoon on the docks can lead to friendly encounters with fishermen and the chance to see them unload their catch or repairing their nets. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 7 Homer
Homer is a small city on Kachemak Bay, on Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula. A focal point is the Homer Spit, a long strip of land with shops, art galleries, restaurants and beaches. Fishing boats dock at its harbour and today the area’s known as the Halibut Fishing Capital of the World. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 8 Valdez
This tiny, 4,000 person port town is an adventure in both the wild, protected waters of Prince William Sound and the peaks of the Chugach Mountains that dominate the surrounding landscape. Valdez gets epic levels of snow in the winter which melts and makes its escape by pouring down the mountainsides in some of the world’s most beautiful waterfalls. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 9 Yakutat
Enjoy a visit to this small village located on beautiful Monti Bay, the only sheltered deep water port in the gulf of Southeast Alaska.  The Tongass National forest claims top title as the largest national forest in the United States, as well as the largest remaining temperate rainforest and is home to the largest population of bald eagles in the world with an estimated 7000 residing. Petersburg is an island community that continues to make a living from the sea. Enjoy the thriving fishing village with a strong Norwegian heritage.  You may even spot some wildlife, as Petersburg is located on Frederick Sound near the summer feeding grounds of hundreds of humpback whales. Or spot the spectacular LeConte Glacier calving off tons of bright blue icebergs, during a short boat ride. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 12 Wrangell
Located near the Stikine River, Wrangell is one of the oldest towns in Alaska, with its history seen in the collection of totem poles scattered throughout the town. Surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife, you will soon see why this is known to be the heart of the inside passage. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 13 Prince Rupert
People are always 'discovering' Prince Rupert, and realising what a find it is. This intriguing city with a gorgeous harbour is not just a transportation hub for ferries heading south to Vancouver Island, west to Haida Gwaii and north to Alaska: it's a destination in its own right. Perhaps visit one of its two museums, or learn more about the culture that draws much from its aboriginal heritage. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
