Napa Valley Wine Train

The Napa Valley Wine Train travels a relaxing three hour journey from the historic town of Napa through one of the world's best known wine valleys. Stops along the way vary depending on the day of the week; midway through the trip, the train stops in quaint St. Helena, where engine changes from the north to the south facing side of the train in preperation for the return journey.

Good food and wine are the highlight of a trip on the Napa Valley Wine Train. A freshly prepared lunch or dinner is served on board in either the 1915-1917 Pullman Dining Car or 1952 Vista Dome car and guests are welcome to visit the kitchen car. There is an observation deck at each end of the train where you can enjoy the scenery as well as your wine; tours of local wineries are available to purchase.
