El Chepe - Economic Class
The Chihuahua-Pacific Railway, better known as El Chepe, traverses the ruggedly beautiful Copper Canyon from Chihuahua in north east Mexico to Los Mochis on the Pacific coast. This masterpiece of Mexican engineering is the ideal base from which to delve into the unique culture, history and folklore of the region, to say nothing of the spectacular scenery.
Economic Class trains depart at 7:00 a.m., stopping at all stations including a longer stop at Divisadero to enjoy the Copper Canyon before reaching the final destination at 10:00 p.m.
